At Trivenium, we are committed to delivering your groceries fresh, on time, and with care. Please read our shipping policy to understand how deliveries work and what to expect.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery in select cities and regions. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your pin code on our homepage or during checkout. We’re expanding quickly—stay tuned for new service areas!
2. Delivery Schedule
Trivenium operates on a subscription-based model. Delivery days and times are based on your chosen subscription plan and location. You’ll be notified of your delivery schedule upon signing up.
Standard Delivery Window: [9 AM – 7 PM]
Order Cutoff Time: To receive your delivery on your next scheduled date, please make changes before [9 PM the day before delivery].
3. Delivery Process
Our team ensures all items are packed securely and hygienically.
If you’re not home, we’ll follow your saved delivery instructions (e.g., leave with security, neighbor, etc.).
If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery may be rescheduled or charges may apply.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery on all subscription orders above a minimum cart value (specified at checkout). Orders below the minimum value may incur a small delivery fee.
5. Missed Deliveries
In the event of a missed delivery:
You can reschedule through your dashboard.
Additional delivery fees may apply depending on location and reason for rescheduling.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive damaged goods or an incomplete order:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
7. Holidays & Weather Delays
Deliveries may be delayed during holidays or due to extreme weather conditions. We’ll notify you in advance via email/SMS if there are any changes to your schedule.
